CPAIPW is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by CPA Insurance Plans West.

– A file containing a transcript of your conversation with the advisors as well as the metadata associated with each message (time, date, IP address, browser and device used); 

In order to enable the functionality of our Sites; 

A securities regulator or any other regulatory body has required it; 

We are required or permitted to do so by law. 

In addition, as mentioned in the section “How We Use Your Personal Information”, we may share anonymized data. 

We may engage trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the website, database storage and management, e-mail management, storage marketing, credit card processing, customer service and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the website.
